We draw in 3D and in 2D for all project types in California and USA. We really like to make a strong distinction required in building a design. One is ad-hoc and the other is carefully thought out and considered from a social, safety and functional experience. We aim to build solutions that address all users. 

The process and product(s) can be complicated but we think a few key understandings help set any project advance in a professional manner. We like to present the expectations and take action so strategy is unified.

We simply offer modern Architectural Design -- Schematic, Rendering, Conceptual, with various types and styles of architectural design. We are legally certified and registered to practice architectural services in California. We wet stamp and sign our completed plans. We are a 1-stop single mom and shop for design, permitting, entitlement, and city required drafting.  We can work with local Developers, General Contractors, home-owners, building owners, schools, property managers, as well interior planners. We offer all types of services from start to finish! We have licensed engineer who does the calculations, reviews plans and details, and is involved 85% of the time.   We provide our services to ALL. As your architect, it is my mission to go out of my way to provide timely, detailed and quality service tailored to your needs and your expectations. The services of a licensed architect depend on the type of project; Reasonable fees to meet your budget fees may range from 8% to 12% of the total construction costs.
